Guava Cheesecake Cookie (Has Dairy, Gluten, Egg) A soft graham cracker cookie layered with guava preserves and tangy cream cheese filling, inspired by the guava and cheese pastries found throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. Pineapple Rum Raisin Cookie (GF, Has Dairy, Egg, Alcohol cooked off) A brown butter oatmeal cookie with roasted pineapple, rum-soaked raisins, coconut, and warm baking spices—a beach vacation classic in cookie form. Cherry Macadamia Chocolate Chip Cookie (Plant-based, has Soy, Tree Nuts, Coconut) A tropical take on a chocolate chip cookie with Oregon sweet cherries, toasted Hawaiian macadamias, and dark chocolate chunks.
