2023 Teutonic Pear Blossom Riesling 100% Riesling. Green apple, lime, apple blossoms, honeysuckle, and stony. Very bright with clear flavors. High acidity with a light sweetnes on the mid-palate that attnenuates to a dry finish. This is very light, with low alcohol levels, making this a great aperitif or appetizer wine, but don't hesitate to pair with a quiche or fowl of any kind. Sustainable. Vegan.
  • 2022 Vorel "Everything We Left Behind" Sauvignon Blanc

    Sauvignon Blanc picked early during the 2022 harvest from the Willamette Valley. This wine was spontaneously fermented on skins where it remained for 10 days. Pressed off skins and rested in neutral oak for two years. Bottled in winter of this year, where a light secondary fermentation took place for conditioning. Disgorged once prior to release. Unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulfites.
